- ✓Stick to well-lit streets after 11pm
- ✓Taman Pelangi area is generally very safe for solo travellers
Transport
- ✓Use Grab over unmetered taxis — traceable and priced upfront
- ✓Confirm your driver's name and plate before getting in
- ✓Avoid motorbike taxis (not legal for passengers)
- ✓Bus CW1 is perfectly safe for the Causeway crossing
